Booking Confirmation

The Senior Leader/Line Manager Exams Conference is hosted by The Learning and Skills Office in partnership with The Exams Office.

The cost to attend the Senior Leader/Line Manager Exams Conference is £195 plus VAT.

A Booking Confirmation email will automatically be generated once your booking form has been submitted. Please check your spam or junk inboxes for the Booking Confirmation email, should it not be delivered into your inbox.

The booking window will close once all places at the venue have been filled. Payments must be made at least 14 days prior to the event.

Bookings will not be confirmed until payment has been received in full.

Workshop choices are subject to availability. The Learning and Skills Office reserves the right to amend, change or cancel the workshop(s) detailed above, at any time.

We will endeavour to meet, but cannot guarantee, all dietary requirements/requests.

Entry will be refused if payment has not been made ahead of the conference taking place on 06 February 2025.

Delegates attending will adhere to the rules and regulations as set by the venue.

The Learning and Skills Office may share the information you have provided with participating awarding organisations and other stakeholders (including partners) who attend the conference(s). By accepting our terms and conditions, you are providing your permission for us to do so and to be contacted after the event.

Cancellations By You

Bookings can only be cancelled by emailing conference@sltsupport.org please give your name, centre name and centre number and invoice number so that we can process your request.

Places can be cancelled until Monday 20 January at no cost. Any cancellations after this date will incur a £50+VAT administration fee.

Delegates who have paid in full but fail to attend on the day of an event for any reason (including adverse weather, transport or personal reasons) will not receive a refund.  

Cancellations By Us

The Learning and Skills Office reserves the right to cancel the conference for reasons such as adverse weather conditions, transport issues, insufficient bookings, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Should public health guidance or legislation dictate that the holding of a face-to-face event is not permitted, The Learning and Skills Office reserves the right to cancel this event. Should this occur, The Learning and Skills Office will endeavour to provide the maximum period of notice to booked delegates and will explore alternative provision.
